The location and parking are wonderful for getting around downtown Raleigh. The price was very good especially for this time of year.

Joan is wonderful! She is the absolute best person, greeted us upon entry and remembered us from previous years, which is incredible! We remembered her, too! We knew we wanted a hug with her before we left. She is amazing! We love her! Oh, and the view from the high-floor room is great, the bed was very comfortable.! The Greek restaurant next door is fantastic!

Fantastic location for downtown Raleigh. Very easy access for the bars, restaurants and museums. The staff were also very friendly and helpful in their recommendations and our room was clean. Raleigh was the starting point for a little road trip around North Carolina that we were doing for 10 days. The Hotel Inn was a great base, location wise, for downtown and the start of this trip.

Great location, a couple of blocks from Morgan Street Food Hall, and 10 min walking from downtown shops and restaurants (very close to commerce but still in a rather quiet area) Just next to the hotel there's a nice Greek restaurant and across the street a beer shop with some good sandwiches, so overall location is great) The bed was very comfortable and the view from the room was very nice

The location was excellent, but it was more than I had expected to pay. Probably because of the location. The desk staff was excellent, and went out of their way to accommodate.

Loved the location and was an easy walk to downtown. There were a few food options around if needed but an easy walk to more. It was a quiet hotel which was nice.
